Our office currently does not direct bill to insurance companies, however your treatments in our office are covered by most insurance companies. Your individual coverage for your treatments depends on your level of coverage. We will provide you with any receipts or statements you need to file your insurance claims, and we will be more then willing to help you complete any of the neccessary forms.
